Mission Objective
Clean up the Dismantle community bike workshop ready for the summer season. And to judo chop some graffiti.
Why is this Mission Important?
The Dismantle workshop is a little bit run down after a tough winter in the park. And unfortunately a little bit of nasty vandalism has tarnished our beautiful community space. Dismantle is a social enterprise, so the workshop relies on membership and program sales to survive. We need to give the place a once over so that it's all nice and shiny and appealing to the community. Because lets face it, who wants to pay to hang out at a dump? What Will Volunteers be Doing?
Painting, sweeping, handstands, sorting bike parts, cleaning benches, organising tools and learning about bikes. Hooray!
Special Requirements
All volunteers must be 7ft tall and contain at least 150kg of raw muscle........ just kidding. We like you the way you are. No special skills or super human strength is needed. Just a willingness to get a bit dirty and pitch in.
